၃.၈.၂၀၁၅ ရက္ေန႔ ၂၀၀၀ အခ်ိန္ခန္႔တြင္ လမ္းမေတာ္ၿမိဳ႕နယ္၊ (၉)ရပ္ကြက္၊ ျပည္လမ္းရွိ Farmer Money Changer ဆိုင္ေရွ႕တြင္ ၎ဆိုင္၏ ေငြသိမ္း တာ၀န္ခံ ျဖစ္သူ ကုိေအာင္ေက်ာ္မိုးအား အမည္ မသိ အမ်ိဳးသား(၄)ဦးမွ ၀ုိင္း၀န္းရိုက္ႏွက္၍ ေငြက်ပ္သိန္း(၃၅၀)ခန္႔ပါ အထုပ္ကုိ လုယူကာ Alphard ယာဥ္ျဖင့္ ေမာင္းႏွင္ထြက္ေျပး သြားၾကသျဖင့္ ကုိေအာင္ေက်ာ္မိုးတြင္ ဦးေခါင္း၌ေပါက္ၿပဲ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့၍ ရန္ကုန္ေဆးရံုႀကီး၌ အတြင္းလူနာ(မစိုးရိမ္ရ)အျဖစ္ ကုသခဲ့ရပါသည္။

ယင္းသုိ႔က်ဴးလြန္သူမ်ားအား အေရးယူေပးပါရန္ ဆုိင္တာ၀န္ခံျဖစ္သူ ဦး၀ဏၰမွ တိုင္တန္းခ်က္အရ လမ္းမေတာ္ၿမိဳ႕မရဲစခန္း (ပ)၁၇၀/ ၂၀၁၅၊ ျပစ္မႈပုဒ္မ ၃၉၄ ျဖင့္ အမႈဖြင့္ကာ ျပစ္မႈက်ဴးလြန္သူမ်ားကုိ ဖမ္းဆီးရမိေရး စံုစမ္းေဖာ္ထုတ္လ်က္ရွိပါသည္။
